TAC2 MEMBERSHIP RULES

 EFFECTIVE 01-01-2025

 

PRIMARY MEMBER 

The primary member shall be the person whose name and information are on the membership application. The primary member shall be responsible for and supervise all secondary members.

 

SECONDARY MEMBERS 

Secondary members shall be the spouse and children (under 21) of the primary member. Secondary members may use the facilities ONLY while accompanied by the primary member.

 

GUEST POLICY 

A member may bring visiting friends or family that reside outside the surrounding 7 counties as a guest. The primary member shall be responsible for and always supervise all their guests.

GATE 

The gate opens by using your gate code. The code is for YOU AND YOU ONLY. Sharing your code with anyone is grounds for immediate revocation of membership and forfeiture of dues. When exiting the facility, there is no need to enter a code. Pull up to the gate, MAKING SURE NO TO HIT ANY OF THE CIDERBLOCKS, and the gate will automatically open.

**SHOOTING HOURS**

No shooting before 8:00 A.M and no shooting after dark without prior approval.

LONG RANGE RIFLE HOURS – MONDAYS, 8:00 – DARK ** SUNDAYS, 8 A.M. – NOON (Except on Steel Challenge Sunday’s)

****NO OTHER SHOOTING ALLOWED DURING LONG RANGE RIFLE FIRING. 

RIFLE SHOOTER MUST CHECK ALL RANGE AREAS BEFORE SHOOTING, INCLUDING 200 YD. RANGE IN BACK HOLLOW AND PLACE WARNING ROPE/SIGN ACROSS DRIVE. Shooting is allowed in open bays during matches, classes, and special functions unless otherwise closed by the owners of TAC2.

 

 CAMPING 

 No camping allowed.

 

ALCOHOL 

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES AT ANY TIME. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises at any time.

 

TARGETS 

ALL STEEL TARGETS IN THE BAYS, MAY ONLY BE SHOT WITH HANDGUN OR SHOTSHELLS OR RIMFIRE CALIBERS AND MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YARDS AWAY. All paper targets or anything else, must be properly disposed of after use. If the trash cans are full, take your trash with you.

 

ONLY THE STEEL TARGETS ON THE 200 YD. OR 600 YD. RANGES MAY BE SHOT WITH SLUGS OR CENTER FIRE RIFLE CALIBERS AND MUST BE AT LEAST 50 YARDS AWAY. Absolutely no steel shot, armor piercing or steel core ammo shall be used on steel targets. IF YOU DO SO, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR DAMAGES AND SUBJECT TO REVOCATION OF MEMBERSHIP 

SHOOTING ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. (i.e. – NO SHOOTING FROM ROAD OR PARKING LOT, ETC.) 

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES, ETC. TO BE SHOT!!! 

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Please report any damage that you see whether it happened while you were using it or not. Things break, we just want to make sure to fix what is broken in a timely manner.

Replace all target stands and other equipment to where you found them after use. Clean up all trash, brass, etc. and properly dispose. Again, if trash cans are full, take your trash with you.

 

 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE POSTED RULES WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REVOCATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND FORFIETURE OF DUES.
